ICAPS Headquarters Hotel
ICAPS, along with KR, NMR and DL, has reserved a block of rooms at the Westin Resort at
reduced conference rates. ICAPS encourages participants to stay at the
headquarter hotel if at all possible. This will help us reduce the
overall cost of the conference.

This charge is non-refundable. Cancel before May 25, 2004, 4 PM (hotel time) to avoid this charge.
Room rates for the conference, like all room rates, are subject to the Provincial Guest
Room Tax of 10% and the Federal Government Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 7%
in effect at the time of check-in. However, non-residents of Canada are
eligible to reclaim the GST for hotel rooms at the border when they leave the country.
The Westin Resort & Spa may be able to directly rebate the GST on its invoices,
which means that it would not need to be paid and later reclaimed.

adjacent to the Whistler Conference Centre, for student attendees.

After this date, reservations will be taken based on
availability. Conference attendees must identify themselves as
ICAPS registrants to qualify for the reduced conference
rates. A major credit card is required upon booking. One room night's
deposit will be charged to the credit card at the time of
booking. Cancellations outside of 30 days of arrival forfeit $32.10 (CAD)
administration charge. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival
forfeit full payment of room and tax.
Note: As of April 30th, Crystal-Lodge has no avialability for the night of June 5th.
As a reminder, the entire room block was
released on April 15 and rooms are now based on remaining availability.
